Brent Knoll School holds regular workshops for parents. The aim of these workshops is both to support parents by sharing skills such as Makaton signing or symbols, behaviour management or online safety.
In addition, we often offer workshops that provide parents with an overview of school provisions. We have provided workshops on our Speech and Language provision, Assessment Without Levels and EHCPs.
The most recent Parent Workshop was on E-Safety and keeping children safe online. The NSPCC and O2 are working together to create some really useful and accessible resources for parents. You can learn more about these here –
